Moving on to the shoulders, stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart. Extend your right arm straight out in front of you and cross it over your body, placing your left hand on your right elbow.
Gently pull your right arm toward your left shoulder, feeling a stretch in the back of your shoulder. Hold for a few seconds and then repeat on the other side. This stretch helps to increase mobility and flexibility in the shoulders.
For the chest stretch, stand near a wall or doorway. Bring your right arm up to shoulder height and bend it at a 90-degree angle. Place your forearm against the wall or doorway, gently pressing into it.
